This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. The furniture is nice and the rooms are tastefully decorated with elegant fabrics. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent, with reception open 24 hours. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just 300 meters from the railroad station and situated on a busy main tourist street. It's convenient for exploring Venice and accessing public transportation.
Everything was up to par.

Bathroom was modern and clean. Great location.
Sleeping room was very different than the pictures on the website - not as luxurious as what is pictsured. It was a little difficult to find as it is hidden in a "alley way", but don't be afraid to ask for directions.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Venice just a short walk from the main train station. The location was perfect, situated on a busy tourist street with various shops and restaurants. Despite being on a popular street, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, especially if you ask for a back room. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities, including air conditioning, which were much appreciated. The room itself was well-furnished and had a nice bathroom. Plus, breakfast was included, which was a nice bonus.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Our room, at the top of everything was ok for a young couple, but for anyone else not so much. Narrow, steep stairway, small room. It was ok for one night, for the reduced Booked.net price, but for normal price it would have been too much.

Located in a charming narrow alleyway between two buildings, this hotel is just steps away from a beautiful bridge over the Grand Canal. Despite the small size of the hotel, our room was immaculate, with beautiful tiled floors and a cute bathroom. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, serving homemade cappuccinos and scrambled eggs to order for breakfast. We couldn't ask for a better location or service.

We loved the convenient location near the train station - just a few minutes walk! Close to the ferry station and easy to cross bridges. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly.
No negatives to mention.

NO on-site reception. Small dark, dingy over-priced room. No soap in the bathroom. All in all, pretty grim.

The location was very close to central station. The bathroom was a good size. We had a room with a large balcony. 3 twin sized beds and a pull out couch.
We were never told you have to check in at another non specified hotel. Luckily a nice Italian couple walked us over to the correct hotel. Where the receptionist called our hotel manager to pick us up. We walked to a totally different hotel, Atlantide. We went to 2 hotels before we arrived at the one we slept in.

The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable. Situated just 300 meters from the railroad station, it is conveniently located on a busy main tourist street, making it extremely easy to navigate through the city.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were fantastic.

The service from the lady running it was good (but she operates out of her higher-end hotel down the road so if you want her help you have to walk down the street to get it). Location was good too if you want to be close to the train station. It is a good 25+ minute walk to Piazza San Marco though, and that is without getting lost. I think we were lost for 70% of our time in Venice - and we loved every moment of it!
The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower is teeny tiny with mouldy ceiling looming overhead. Gross. Also, the steep set of stairs up into the hotel are not easy with cases or backpacks so bear that in my mind when considering. In hindsight, we probably would have paid more for a little more comfort.

Easy to find The price at €210 inc tax for a week room only.
We had a room at the front which had foot traffic noise for large parts of the day and night. The decor furnishing and bedding was worn.

Central and clean. During our weekend stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location, only a stone's throw away from the main transportation hub. The rooms were well maintained and spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff.
Some noise and small breakfast room. The only downside was that the breakfast room was small and could get crowded during peak hours. Additionally, there was some noise from the street outside. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from an overall enjoyable experience.
